What data we collect?

We collect all information submitted to us. For instance, if you enter a raffle or contact us in any way (i.e. email, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter). This information may include usernames, passwords, account details, contact details, preferences, queries you may have made. We will also collect information when you purchase a raffle ticket from us. This includes the time/date of your purchase and the raffle entered.

On occasions we may access publically available information about you on the internet to aid in fraud prevention, identity verification (i.e. do we have the correct address for you) and for marketing.

What do we do with your data?

We use the data collected to make sure all winning raffle items are sent to the correct individual. As mentioned above, the data will occasionally be used for marketing purposes meaning that you may receive advertising communication from us.

How do I manage my data and what do I do with it?

The choice will always be given to you as to whether you would like to receive advertising communication from us. Through contacting us you can opt out of receiving such communications from us and we will update our records.
